Compensation agreements:
After for the client cost-free preliminary meeting, in the case I agree with you the acceptance of a mandate I give the mandate a summary of the advice costs to
be expected.
In out of court cases I like to agree with you on an obligatory all-in price whose height varies according to the working time to be used and the respective on the legal area.
If
the agreement of a all-in price consultancy fee isn't properly or either because of your request, I cash up in out of court cases according to hour rate.
In the case that the compensation package to be
expected in advance could not being concretely amounted, the client get after the preliminary meeting a charges estimate into whose frames the charges also will move after completion of my activity, if unexpected
complications don't adapt during the processing of the case in the form of law- or jurisdiction changes.
My hour rates are between 80 Euro to 120 Euro depending on the legal area and it is German law or
foreign law plus expenses, incl. legal value added tax.
In legal cases I cash up in the interest of my clients after the German Law Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz (RVG).
Advance
According to § 9 RVG I agree on an advance with the client for
all advice performances for 50% for the charges agreed or expect on the premises.
